I hereby grant to the Society for Early Care (SPRP), z. s., With its registered office at Klimentská 2,
110 00 Praha 1, IČO 67363610, as the administrator, expressly consent to the processing of my personal data, ie name, surname, e-mail, photograph or video, for educational and charitable purposes. I agree to the publication of the photo or video on the website and Facebook pages and the youtube and instagram channel of the Society for Early Care. I give my voluntary consent in accordance with Article 6 (1) (a). a) General Regulation on Personal Data Protection 2016/679 for a period of 5 years. I am aware that I may revoke this consent at any time, request access to my personal data, correct or process them, or restrict processing, and object to the processing, either at the above address or electronically at nebudsrab@ranapece.cz. I am also aware that I may lodge a complaint against the processing of my personal data with the Office for Personal Data Protection.

110 00 Praha 1, IČO 67363610, as the administrator of personal data, consent to the publication of photographs and video recordings of my child / children, for educational and beneficial purposes, through the following media: social networks (Facebook, Instagram, youtube) and / or the website www.ranapece.cz. Personal data processed on the basis of this consent include, in particular, photographs of the child (ren) or a video recording of the child (ren). I am aware that I may refuse to give this consent in general, or in the case of each individual medium, and my possible refusal will have no effect on me or my child (ren). With this knowledge, I give my consent voluntarily and I know that I can also revoke it at any time by a written notice delivered to the address of the registered office of the Society for Early Care or to the e-mail nebudsrab@ranapece.cz.
